The Chronicle of Higher Education reports that a chancellor in one of the country’s largest university systems is “walking the walk” on internationalizing education.
Note how Land-Grant Institutions are implicated. Blindness trumps everything.

Most land-grant schools have more foreign than native students at the graduate level, and it’s been that way for decades. I don’t see how the colleges could do more than they’re already doing to make China’s espionage work easy! Create new departments to fill with even more Chinese spies????
Ummm, I don’t get it. You don’t like study-abroad programs because they allow evil foreigners to educate our children for a month? This article said nothing at all about institutional governance, curriculum control or anything like that.
