Sydney Nichole Thomas

Sydney Nichole Thomas is a student at Yale Divinity School, where she is pursuing an M.A.R. with a concentration in Liturgical Studies through Yale’s Institute of Sacred Music. Her research interests include medieval and Renaissance political theology, the history of Christian Platonism, technology and ethics, and the intersection of philosophy, theology, and ecology.

Sydney received a B.A. in Political Theory from Patrick Henry College. She was a 2013-2014 fellow at the John Jay Institute and, most recently, a Wilbur Fellow at the Russell Kirk Center for Cultural Renewal. In addition to her work as managing editor at Front Porch Republic, she is the assistant editor of the Anglican Way magazine.
