Jeff Taylor was born and raised in Iowa. He is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Jacksonville State University, where he specializes in political theory. His book, Where Did the Party Go?: William Jennings Bryan, Hubert Humphrey, and the Jeffersonian Legacy was published by University of Missouri Press in 2006. He has written for Green Horizon Quarterly, Modern Age, Chronicles, The American Conservative, FirstPrinciplesJournal.com, LewRockwell.com, AntiWarLeague.com, CounterPunch.org, and HuffingtonPost.com.
