A significant number of scholars have already expressed interest in presenting papers, but we still have a few openings. Thus, if you are a scholar and interested in presenting a paper and/or serving as a discussant, please contact me (602-820-5343 and peterhaworth@me.com) as soon as possible.

The conference is also open to all who are interested in attending. There might be a modest fee for non-presenters, but this has not (yet) been determined. Please contact me at peterhaworth@me.com if you want to attend, and I will keep you abreast of the conference details as they develop.

Best Regards,

Peter Haworth
