Scott Roulier received his Ph.D. in government from the University of Virginia and currently occupies the David Trimble Chair of Political Philosophy at Lyon College. He teaches a wide variety of courses in the areas of political theory, constitutional law, and American Politics and was the 2005 Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching/CASE Arkansas Professor of the Year. He is also the author of two books and an avid cycler in the Ozarks.
