I like! Resistance to the food-safety nazis!
I heard this several weeks back on Equal Time Radio as well. From what I remember from the conversation, Maine has a provision in their state constitution that actually pushes sovereignty down to the local level. Nevertheless, this should prove to be an interesting case.
